5th Axis Machining
With the addition of five axis simultaneous machining technology, Wejay Machine Products has the ability to machine very complex parts not possible with 3 and 4 axis machines. In conjunction with the most current version of GibbsCAM software, programming solid surfaces and complex geometry can be completed efficiently and cost effectively. This sophisticated software can import almost any file format to begin the programming of machined components. Not only are complex parts made possible, but also conventional machining is completed faster and more efficiently by reducing the number of set-ups required to complete machining operations.
